Before you book.

Why $97? Isn't a real review worth more?

Yes. The Snapshot fee covers our delivery cost and acts as a filter — buyers who pay $97 take the conversation seriously. The bigger purpose is to give you a useful, honest report at a price that's a no-brainer relative to the hours it saves you. We make our money on the Operator subscription, not the Snapshot.

What if you tell me I don't need AI right now?

Then we tell you. Some businesses' next move is fixing their CRM hygiene, their site copy, or their phone-tree routing — not adding bots. If that's you, the report says so. Honest assessments are how this model works.

Do I have to continue with the Operator subscription?

No. The Snapshot is fully standalone. You can take the report and execute yourself, hand it to your in-house team, or use it to evaluate other vendors. About a third of Snapshot clients continue with us — the rest don't, and that's fine.

Will this work with my existing website (Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, custom)?

Almost always yes. The AI layer embeds via a small script tag — works on any site that lets you add JavaScript. If you're on a platform that doesn't allow that (rare), the Snapshot tells you upfront and we don't take your money.

How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?

Agencies build sites and run campaigns. We don't touch your site's design or your marketing — we add the operations layer underneath: AI handling for inbound, lead capture, follow-up, booking, customer service. Different job, different specialty.
